Have Your Say – Port Stephens Council Special Rate Variation Proposal

Port Stephens Council is considering an application to the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) for a Special Rate Variation (SRV) in 2019 and is seeking community views on the proposed rate options. Council are conducting a number of community meetings and round table discussions around Port Stephens. There are also information booths located across the Local Government Area.

These are opportunities for members of our community to find out more about the proposed rate options, to ask questions of Councillors and Council officers, and have a say.

The sessions are to be held throughout July and August and shown below.

MarketPlace School PBL Stars

MarketPlace is very proud to partner with our 9 local schools and be a part of the PBL programme. PBL is based on common set of values that are determined by the community. Raymond Terrace Community PBL values are based on a five pointed star to represent the five schools that are involved.

Using these values, we as a community will teach expected behaviours in specific settings.
