The Giving Tree is back for its second year at MarketPlace Raymond Terrace!
Last Christmas, thanks to the kindness of our incredible community, we collected 63 gifts for local children in need, all through We Care Connect, a Hunter-based charity supporting disadvantaged families.
This year, we’re calling on our community once again to help make Christmas a little brighter for local kids doing it tough.
Here’s how you can help:

Visit the Giving Tree – Find it located outside Wendy’s from Monday 8 December to Friday 19 December.
💝 Choose a Tag – Each tag represents a child, including their age and interests. Have your own gift in mind? Simply grab one of our generic tags that will be given to a child in need.
🛍️ Purchase a Gift – Bring your gift back and place it under the tree.
🤝 Leave the Rest to Us – Our friends from the
Lions Club will collect gifts daily to keep them safe, ready for delivery to We Care Connect.
Every gift makes a difference. Whether it’s something small or something special, your generosity helps bring a smile to a local child’s face this Christmas.
